How to Request a Return
- 1Email us at [email protected] with your order number and let us know you'd like a refund.
- 2Ship the product back to us at the address we provide. Return shipping is at your cost unless the order is damaged or incorrect.
- 3Receive your refund within 15 business days of us receiving your return. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.
What Is Covered
Opened or partially used bottles
We want you to actually try OBEX. If you've opened a bottle and it's not for you, send it back and we'll refund it.
Unopened bottles from multi-bottle orders
If you ordered multiple bottles and didn't open them all, return the unopened bottles for a refund on those items.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong items, email us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
